we are planning to hold a walking symposium with guests, which are pioneering networking media or are in some other way concerned with the present developments in local and global communication spaces.
the theme of this symposium will be:

we think that with the spread of interconnected communication grids and the dematerialization of our access to information, we have to scrupulously observe what is happening with our <oikos>, the <house> or <shelter> in an expanded sense of our living space.
we would like to get to know such places of change, discuss the impact on our personal existances and local and global societies, and see and hear proposals on how to scope with these changes.
walking around in the garden of the
KAMINOGE campus, we want to create a dynamic environment, where the vanishing distinction between audience and non- localizable speakers should create the sort of environment we may experience in the ungraspable space of the internet.
the spoken words of the guests are transmitted via wireless microphones to loudspeakers distributed around the garden and generate such a soundspaces of multiple reflections which can easily be restructured at any moment.
the wireless microphones themselves may become navigating objects....
