    first-year students : attention to art mind, and raise awareness about art 
    second-year students : identify problems, and interest in expression 
    third-year students : desire to creat hes fancy, and make original works 
    fourth grade : dealing with society, and modify with audience 
    postgraduate student : activity at real art scene, and contribute to TAU 
    so, TAU must pay graduate student
